The home of the county board is the Warren County Courthouse on the Monmouth Public Square. There is NO “Office” for the Warren County Board. All information or questions can be directed to the County Clerk.
County board members are elected for 4 year terms. Elections are staggered so every 2 years there is an election for 2 board seats in each district. The terms are staggered as 2,2,4 years or 4,2,2 years, every 10 years a “Reapportionment Plan” must be adopted and ALL County Board seats are up for election.
Warren County is divided into 4 districts and each district has 4 seats on the board. The board makes policy and budget decisions for the county.
